[Lswtalk] Closed records for Cameron Parish residents

Cameron Parish is closing the LSW accounts of their patrons who have
relocated outside Cameron Parish and/or need to update their address
with the library.  Please share with your staff that Cameron Parish LSW
patrons with closed status are probably not 'naughty patrons'.  Most
likely, they just need to update the address and make sure they are
registered as LSW patrons of the parish where they currently reside.
