Hi Erin,
Calcasieu has been having the same discussion too. Below is our Collection Development Coordinator, Debbie LeBeau, response. I also have a question.
"I have the exact same question. We have been an EBSCO customer forever and are considering switching to W. T. Cox. Is there anyone who has made the switch and are happy they did so? Or not happy? Please share your experience with us.
Debbie LeBeau"
Is anyone using Ebsconet for online claiming and, if so, are you happy with it?

Subject: [Lswtalk] Periodical subscriptions
Good morning, LSW party people!
We've been using Ebsco as our periodical "jobber" for ... ever, it
seems. We are not having any problems with them, but in a comparison
quote from W.T. Cox, it seems we can get the same subscriptions for
about $1,000 less per year. Part of me is saying to live by the
if-it-ain't-broke adage, but another part of me is yelling that I could
do quite a bit for the library with that $1,000 next year.
So this led me to wonder : who are all of you using for your periodical
subscriptions? Is Ebsco the reigning king of the region? Does anyone
have opinions of / experience with W.T.Cox you can share?
