[Lswtalk] Author dinner registrations?

Hi, all.

I'm sure we discussed this ad nauseum in the past, but my memory has a 
short in it :P    We send payment for Author Dinner tickets to Jessica, 
but do we also send her the registration forms or should those, with 
their entree selections, go to Linda (or other)?
