[Lswtalk] LSW brochure

Thanks to Jessica and Howard, we've got the date of LSW's official 
beginnings (though I'm sure it unofficially began long before).  I've 
looked at the attached brochure so many times, I'm not sure I'm seeing 
it anymore.  If you see something that needs editing, please let me know.
