[Lswtalk] Who do we call to request a modification to Overdrive

Loretta, we just found out that patrons are being blocked from using Overdrive by non-blocking notes or free text notes that are in our Polaris ILS.  Whom should we contact to request that Overdrive modify our account so that patrons won't be blocked by notes?
