Dear Valued Partners,



Effective immediately, the remittance address for OverDrive payments has changed. Please begin remitting payments for all OverDrive invoices to the following address:

Cleveland, OH 44192-0002



Please update your records with this change. Sending your payments to the above address will allow us to process your payments in a timely manner. Due to this change, we would like to communicate best practices for remitting payment via mail.



 *   Remit the Amount Due on invoices.
 *   Include your Customer ID Number on the check (shown on all invoices and statements)
 *   Include full invoice numbers on the remittance portion of the check.
 *   If your checks do not have a remittance portion, please include a separate document that lists the invoices being paid and their dollar amounts or send the last page of the applicable invoices showing the amount due.
 *   Do not include full copies of invoices with multiple pages with your payment.   Rather, please list the invoice numbers on the check, include a separate list, or include only the last page as directed above, in an effort to reduce paper.



Electronic payments (Wire Transfers, ACH Deposits, and Credit Cards) will still be accepted. If you remit in this manner, there is no change.
