I took Howard's advice and sent the underwriters a simple paragraph (see below). I figured if they needed more, they could ask and I could send. Fortunately, the paragraph was sufficient, and the bond is on its way.

Libraries Southwest consists of  Allen Parish Libraries, Beauregard Parish Libraries, Calcasieu Parish Libraries, Calcasieu Parish Public School Libraries, Cameron Parish Libraries, Evangeline Parish Libraries, Frazar Library at McNeese State University, Jefferson Davis Parish Libraries, South St. Landry Community Library System in Sunset, SOWELA, Vermilion Parish Libraries, and Vernon Parish Libraries. A reciprocal borrowers agreement has been established between six of the parish library systems, allowing patrons who have a valid library card at any one of these six parish libraries to use the other five parish libraries and any of their branches. The libraries agree to assist each other in the retrieval of overdue items and notify each other of delinquent or cleared accounts. Several of the parish library systems also collectively purchase a subscription to Overdrive, a provider of electronic books. The organization hosts the annual Author Dinner in Lake Charles and awards the Lynda Carlberg award for outstanding contributions to Louisiana librarianship. The organization periodically arranges professional development opportunities for the employees of member libraries. 

I hope the above statement adequately describes our organization for you and your underwriters. We agreed at our last meeting that we will require two signatures on checks. These signatures will come from me (treasurer) and Linda LeBert-Corbello (president).
