[Lswtalk] Corrected minutes & Board of Directors -Proposed List

The Board of Directors is a representation of all of us.   Not all are
included in that list.  It is just a proposed list at this time.

 

As far as I know, we are all still members.

I did not see the Calcasieu Parish School Libraries listed.  Is this because
I was absent or Accounts Payable has again failed to pay our bill in a
timely fashion?  Just checking to see if we are still a memeber.

1.       Ms. Jessica made note to me that I left off Mark Merchant as a
possible author for the dinner in October.  This has been corrected.

2.      Also attached is the Board of Directors-Proposed List.  Ms. Howard,
have you found someone to represent the trustees from your parish?

3.      Ms. Mary Frances, what is the new title for Sowela and your new
mailing address?

4.      All other members:  check you mailing address AND include your rep's
phone number.

 

Reminder:  I will be unable to attend the May Meeting.  Hopefully, our
esteemed vice-president Mr. Howard Coy will preside in my absence.  Right,
Mr. Howard?

 

Thanks to all of you for being my support group.   I think we are going back
to what the group was designated to be..a sounding board.yet a group that
CAN GET THINGS ACCOMPLISHED.
