[Lswtalk] OD kiosk question

We've just got the kiosk set-up in the waiting room of our local 
hospital -- don't worry; I'll cover it with an inch of Lysol before 
sending it on to the next library. The hospital administrator worries 
that they will be held liable if anyone damages (possible) or steals it 
(unlikely).

My understanding is that we (and, therefore, they) are not liable. Am I 
remembering correctly?
