Dear Partner,

In our continuing commitment to bring you the best digital library service in the world, OverDrive will be upgrading our digital analytics technology for the following reports in OverDrive Marketplace: Top Referrer URLs, Most Viewed Pages, Most Viewed Titles, and the User Traffic. As we transition this data, there will be a period during which these reports will be temporarily unavailable. Below is an overview of the transition plan and timeline.

Note: All dates and times are in Eastern Time.

 *   May 20 at 11:59 PM – Data collection using the current technology will end.
 *   May 21 at 12:00 AM through May 26 at 11:59 PM – The reports will be available for you to export and archive your library statistics prior to May 20 at 11:59 PM.
 *   May 27 at 12:00 AM – The reports will be removed from OverDrive Marketplace for 4-6 weeks.
 *   By mid-July – The reports will be available again in OverDrive Marketplace, using the upgraded technology, and reporting on your library statistics from May 21, 2015 at 12:00 AM.
At a convenient time between May 21 and May 26, you are encouraged to export and archive reports of your library’s statistics as of 11:59 PM on May 20. By doing so, you will be saving a complete history of the available data.
