Colleagues,

Thank you for the beautiful flowers.  I enjoyed serving as President.   My.....what interesting meetings we have shared.   Your appreciation touched my heart.

Here is the recipe you all asked for yesterday.   Please know that I DOUBLED that recipe for yesterday's gathering.  Oh,  I usually prepare the night before and warm in the oven about 30 minutes before I toast the crust with a higher temperature.

Merry Christmas to all.   Cooking for you is pure joy for me.....................hope all had a "happy tummy" on the way home.
