Individual membership is separate from institutional membership. The institutional membership only covers the library's membership. Each person needs to also individually renew.

Hi, gang. 

My memory's fuzzy and I need your help, please! When we have an 
"institutional" membership for LSW, does that automatically provide 
membership for our library's board members? 

Last year, BPL only registered/ paid for an institutional membership and 
1 individual membership for the director. In the years before that, we 
held an institutional membership plus individual memberships for the 
director and each trustee. I vaguely recall a conversation about 
institutional membership creating a pseudo-membership status for 
trustees but I really can't recall if that conversation was about LSW or 
a totally unrelated organization.
