[Lswtalk] Editing Weekly Overdrive Cart

Another email and I apologize as this is probably confusing since ya'll don't deal with this as often as we do.

Below is weekly email Mike sends about LSW Overdrive order.
The weekly orders have been getting bigger and if they continue the trend that started a couple of months ago, will exceed 2017 funding.

Please note:  Mike edits orders weekly. Order below before editing was $25,292.61; after editing $11,336.55.

*       He edits by not repurchasing expiring Advantage license titles - if they have holds we buy them with Consortia licensing so available to ALL the libraries. In many cases we already have purchased a consortia copy, so don't need the Advantage license.

*       Purchase ratio for Holds added copies is 5:1 for both eAudio and eBooks, so if less than 5 holds we don't order another copy.

*       Patron Requests (RTL) must have a hold to be purchased.

*       Zombies with holds are repurchased if we don't already have enough licensed copies. Frequently even though one copy's license is expiring we have other copies of the title that are still licensed.

Only one more email coming with thoughts on OD 2017 budget and suggestions. :)

In PR cart there are 191 @ $3711.41 for eBooks and 42 @ $2294.70  for eAudio
