[Lswtalk] Follow-up from the Nov 14, 2018 meeting

I was asked to send out a few things.  Here's what I have:

1) Some of you asked about the schedule for my own staff training days 
for 2019. It is:

Mon, Jan 21 - 9 to 5:30;   Tues, May 28 - 8:30 - Noon;    Mon. Oct 14 - 
8:30 - Noon.

If we want to find a date to do a joint staff training and invite Dr. 
Tommy Karam to speak, his fee for a 2-3 hour presentation for roughly 
250 ppl on customer service, "personal branding," and making connections 
with customers is $2,500 including travel and lodging.   If the group 
likes the idea but we can't decide on a date that works for all of us 
for 2019, we could hold off for some time in the future.  However, I 
would like to book him for my Oct 14 staff day if we aren't hosting a 
joint training day this year, so let's plan to discuss the possibility 
early next year.

2) LSW Bylaw updates from 2014.   I have the document with proposed 
changes and commentary but I cannot for the life of me find the actual 
changed document.  I seem to recall that the proposed changes were all 
accepted, but if someone can find the minutes from the Aug & Sept 2014 
meetings to send to me, I'll try to verify that and clean up the 
document to share.  In the meantime, I'm attaching the "working 
document" I have from that time.
