Subject: [Lswtalk] Call for LSW Board meeting


Dear LSW Board members, Coleman, Ferguson, Harrison, and Johnson-Houston:

We will hold a meeting of the Libraries Southwest board at 10:00 AM on July 10th at the Cameron Parish Public Library in Cameron, LA at 512 Marshall Street. A quorum of the board consists of 4 of us.

The agenda for this meeting includes:

1) Appointing a 6th member of the board from a public library, effective immediately. -- Delia (Dede) Sanders is the only nominee.

2) Approving changes to the Libraries Southwest By-laws. -- The proposed changes are attached with additions in red and deletions stricken through.

3) Adjourn

Immediately following this meeting we will have the LSW monthly gathering of institutional members. I look forward to seeing you there!
