The Vernon Parish Library will host a free seminar on Estate Planning, Tuesday, February 5, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. in the Library’s Meeting Room. This 90 minute seminar will be led by Mr. H. Gregory Walker, Jr., of the Estate Planning Law Center, Alexandria, La. This seminar will focus on helping those who worry about losing their assets or who want to get their assets to their loved ones quickly and easily.
Topics will include:
·         Who needs estate planning? Keeping your estate plan current.
·         Charitable planning…
·         Planning for those with disabilities or special needs
·         Irrevocable trust
·         Revocable trust
·         Medicaid planning
·         Medicare and Medicaid
