[WBEL-devel] Upgrading RC1 to RC2

The packages which differ between RC1 and RC2 have been collected together 
and posted as an upgrade subdirectory under the 3.0-RC1 directory on the
ftp mirrors to allow those without major bandwidth to easily upgrade.

Unfortunately it will be a day or so before the mirrors pick it up so you 
will have to be patient.  When they do, these should be the locations:

ftp://mirror.physics.ncsu.edu/pub/whitebox/3.0-RC1/en/upgrade
ftp://ftp.esat.net/mirrors/whitebox.org/3.0-RC1/en/upgrade
ftp://ftp.kspei.com/mirrors/whiteboxlinux.org/whitebox/3.0-RC1/en/upgrade

Speaking of mirrors, NCSU now has the ISO files and the basic file tree
for RC2.  From the lack of yummification I'd guess the files got there via
BitTorrent ISOs dumped into the directories and that rsync is still
getting caught up.  That means you can't yet redirect up2date to it to get 
your errata.
