[WBEL-devel] Corrupt CD3 image on the mirrors

Argh, leave town a day and something will always go Foom!

Thursday evening when I shut down the mirror was still syncing up, but 
everything looked normal.  But I have just downloaded #3 from NCSU and can 
confirm that it isn't right.  So I have touched the copy here in the hope 
that the next run of rsync will retransfer that file.
