Nope, didn't make a new srpm since it hadn't changed.  The srpm for rpmdb
is basically just the .spec file.  The date on it should reflect the last
change made to IT not the binary packages it creates.  Before the dates
were the same because I had to clean the trademark stuff out or make other
tweaks and then make a binary.  Anyway, both the srpm and binary will get 
rehatched soon.
