[WBEL-devel] coreutils:file differences between RHEL and WB

The following file differences exit between whitebox and redhat.  Looks
like redhat just has the "su" command installed under /bin, while
building from source gets the command installed twice, with slightly
different permissions.  Probably not critical, but it's an important
package for anything fishy...
