Right, except WBEL might do respins for different reasons, or at
different times, than RHEL; the choice should be based on trading off
the pain of a respin versus the pain (and bandwidth) of old ISO + tons
of updates.

+1. I suppose the original ISOs might be archived somewhere public, for
curiosity's sake, but they don't need to be mirrored once newer ones are
available.
