Install yum package and run yum:

$ rpm -Uvh http://whiteboxlinux.org/pub/3.0/en/os/i386/RedHat/RPMS/yum-2.0.4-2.WB1.noarch.rpm
$ yum update

The updated packages are taken from repositories defined in
/etc/yum.conf.
