[WBEL-users] Bittorrent download stuck at 99%

I started the bittorrent download for the fixed binary ISOs from the 
whiteboxlinux.org download ...

I am at 1772.2MB of 1772.8MB and my download has gone to zero.

It was sitting that way for an hour...so I closed it out and restarted
the download.  It went to the same point, now it is setting at that
point and the message is connecting to peers.

My uploads are still 40-50 KiB/s ... and have been the entire time I
have been uploading.

Anyone else having this problem?
