[WBEL-users] HTTP mirror up

Since our FTP server limits simultaneous connections to 30, and I don't 
feel like messing with the config over the weekend, I've made the WBEL 
distribution available at 
http://ftp.jach.hawaii.edu/pub/linux/whitebox/3.0

I guess this means you can do an HTTP install, if you want...
