I personally like qmailtoaster alot. http://www.qmailtoaster.com Pretty simple to setup and use. With Nate's install script at the bottom of the page, it installs with a few keystrokes. Qmailtoaster mailinglist has a lot of really knowledgeable people. Just install as a redhat 9 system.
