It's certainly a recompile of RHEL. 
I'm a little disappointed that no credit is given to RedHat in any form. 
Not on the site, EULA or Release-Notes.

I don't know if they're being over-eager to avoid use of a Trademark or 
they are claiming credit for all of the work...  I'm assuming the latter.
Even Mandrake gave credit to RedHat when they first started out with a 
recompiled RH distro and they weren't even leeching from RedHat for 
updates...

Hi folks,

I found a better version of redhat enterprise 3. It's really compact. No
gnome , no kde just blackbox. If you have a good knwoledge of linux
(Terminal), this version is for you. Fast and nice looking version called
Eadem. For those interested you can downlad the images at www.eadem.com.
