Specific to WBEL?  None that I'm aware of, but having just done this for 
RHL 9, I don't think the process would be any more arduous for WBEL. 

There are several how-to's on the net, but the README.postfix in the 
amavisd-new package is also quite good.  Another recommendation I'd make 
is to use cpan2rpm as a part of the process when resolving the perl module 
dependencies for spam-assassin.
