[WBEL-users] html email in whitebox list

Well in here, i just strip off HTML based emails from the server itself,
dont want those stylish email clients running on windows just wasting
resources on my machines.  Just a hint, if you want to get rid of those
pesky incoming and outgoing HTML emails, try using MailScanner, it help me
alot in here, it works on your existing spamassassin and works on some
anti-virus programs (i used sophos, which captures hidden viruses on both
attachments and html format).
