You can check out WineX (now called Cedega) at 
http://www.transgaming.com  It costs $5/month but I think it's well 
worth it.  They have a graphical game starter/organizer called 
Point2Play that works pretty well.  (Here's to hoping that Doom 3 is 
swiftly ported)
