I have NAT running on my home network and I'm accessing the corporate
network through the Internet that isn't running nat.  I have an access
list (not controlled by me)on the corporate router that allows full tcp
access from my home network.

It is and I saw that mistake and corrected the issue but it still shows
the ports as open.
