[WBEL-users] Need Advice on ISO download

     Well, my very non-official answer -- since I'm not John Morris --
is that if there were such a bug with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (and thus
White Box Enterprise Linux) then the CDs would probably be re-spun.  At
the worst, the re-spin may be put off until the next quarterly update.
My reasoning:

1.  The bug you quote is for Fedora Core, not RHEL.  There has never
    been one of "these kinds of patches [to] hit [WBEL]".  Well, I
    guess you could count the brown bag WBEL releases...
2.  Red Hat releases security updates and critical bugs fixes as they
    come.  I guess a bug like you quote would be considered critical.
    Yet, it would certainly be most convenient to Red Hat to release
    such a fix during their quarterly update, when they release re-spun
    CDs, anyway.
3.  To my knowledge, there has been no official statement from John
    Morris as to how often the WBEL CDs will be re-spun.  The only
    statement I've seen is an informal one made by a WBEL/Beauregard
    Parish Library team member:
