WBEL doesn't report the version as "Red Hat" anything.  I would guess that
your Plesk software is trying to guess the version.  I suggest that you
contact them and ask them add WBEL support to their product.

Otherwise, you might try creating an appropriate /etc/redhat-release file
to fool their software.  It is common for software to parse this file to
find Red Hat versions.
