[WBEL-users] apache problems

We are having some performance problems that are related to users hitting F5
in their browsers and apache firing off 15 or 20 requests for the same
application.  Is there anything we can do to configure apache to only
process one request to completion or kill previous requests when receiving a
new one.  For example if the application takes 30 seconds to process a
report, the users thinks something is wrong and presses F5 about every 2 or
three seconds.
