[WBEL-users] Migration from RHEL3

Hey,

does anybody have a (mini)-howto for migration from RHEL3 to WBL? I have 
two servers which are currently running on RHEL3 and as I do not have 
any more valid entitlements I would have to update some packages. Can I 
use the WBL packages or will this cause errors? How can I migrate the 
system without having to make a complete reinstall (with all the 
configuration work which would take me days).
