[WBEL-users] Is there a HowTo for becoming a mirror

Hi Folks,

	Is there a howto on becoming an official mirror for Whitebox Enterprise Linux ? 
If so please let me know where I can access this and which system I should be 
using to mirror WHEL to our site. Should I be on a specific mailing list ?
