You might not have to go that far back.  While only the most recent update 
is in the updates directory, there is a obsolete-updates directory where 
the old errata gets dumped.  Some mirrors carry it, others don't.  But you 
do have your choice of:

glibc-2.3.2-95.6.i686.rpm
glibc-2.3.2-95.20.i686.rpm
glibc-2.3.2-95.27.i686.rpm
