There is no APT or YUM DB ... they both use RPM.

There are also no APT repositories (that I know of) for WBEL ... although
it's not hard to make your own repository.

CentOS-4 (currently beta) will have APT metadata for the repositories, so
you will be able to use the apt client with it.  I don't think that apt
metadata will be supplied for CentOS-3.x in the future, but it might.
