caos has 2 projects, caos - which is a bleeding edge distro based on rhat, 
rpm and yum

centos which is the rhel rebuild, in flavours centos-2 and centos-3 both 
of which are in final release stages but usable in production.

The quarterly updates are available at http://mirror.centos.org/build6/updates

just point yum at it - will work for wbel as centos-3 is the same beast.
