Ya, normally that would suck, but the RC releases were never intended to
have a long service life and hopefully were mostly installed by folks who
can cope with the slight bogosity involved in the upgrade to -final; and I
really didn't want to bump versions on those packages and have to cope
with that many more -WB packages.  This way the number of packages people
have to examine for changes is much smaller.
