First question is - where did you get the file?  Via BitTorrent, or 
FTP/HTTP from one of the mirrors?  If from a mirror, which mirror?  Have 
you tried re-downloading?

I'm beginning to think it's time we re-look at error-checking/correcting,
and re-examining how much we think is "enough" verification.  If you take
an ISO, and there's a 1 in a billion chance any particular bit will slip
through wrong, there's about 5 1/2 bits wrong on that ISO image.  Transmit 
it across the network a hundred times or so, and one in a trillion chances 
start occurring.  *EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP*

We usually think of one in a billion chances as being "impossible"!
