[WBEL-users] Rate Limiting]

We use postfix/qpopper/amavis (clamd & spmassain) and process about 10k

messages a day. With a CPU average of 10%. (P4 1.5 + 768)

Does postfix support rate limiting? I don't remember reading anything 
about it, but I could be wrong.
