WBEL includes evolution 1.4.5, just up2date -i evolution

As for connector you'll probably have to compile it yourself..

Ximain's go.ximian.com script only works with supported OS's which
RHEL/WBEL are not supported.. You can try manually downloading builds
for Redhat 9 from ximains website.
