John is working on them.  Things are going slower this time because he's 
sorting out some issues that have kept other updates from going as 
smoothly as he wanted them to.  Since there are no major security issues 
involved, this seems a good time to get it all worked out.

Of course, any  updates that involve security issues get top priority. 
Regarding the basic question of 'how long will it take',  release time 
on other updates depends on the complexity of getting it recompiled and 
uploaded to the mirrors and on John's schedule.
