I have compiled the version of cyrus-imap from Simon Matter's sources.
I didn't use it, I used the version of imap that is included with
RHEL/WBEL (packages named imap, imap-utils and php-imap). You can
download it from me if you like:

There is:
cyrus-sasl-2.1.18-1.tar.gz
cyrus-imapd-2.2.6-1.tar.gz
The tar.gz files are all the RPMS in one file when compiling the SRPMS.
The SRPM I is also available.
