ClamAV with ClamAV-milter is wonderful! It's low on resources (I only scan mails, using it system wide on all files is different) and was a piece of cake to set up. Simply added a line to sendmail.mc to configure sendmail to use clamav.

Another plus is how it ties in with the logreport package, so I get proper reports every morning about which virii were coming in. Also the update system is very robust with many mirrors and updates are very frequent and timely.
