Red Hat Linux 9 Reaches End Of Life April 30th!
Red Hat will officially end support for Red Hat Linux 9 after April 30th, 2004. Fedora Legacy will now pick up support for Red Hat Linux 9.

The Fedora Legacy Project is in the middle of a server upgrade so services are severly restricted, some existing update releases are pending, and Red Hat 9 support is not currently available. As soon as the new server is online, Fedora Legacy will open up the yum/apt trees for existing Red Hat Linux 9 content and start taking Red Hat Linux 9 bug reports.

If you can wait a little while you'll be able to use their updates. I use it for a RH 7.3 system I run so that I can use my aging copy of vmware.

Cheers,
Peter
