You'd be best emailing pco@pams.ncsu.edu and asking them.

However as the updates are available for rc2 - i.e
ks.physics.ncsu.edu::whitebox/3.0-RC2/en/updates/ - then it's probable
that nscu have decided to stop rsycning the 3.0 updates and are
focusing on the 3.0-rc2 branch.

Your script is fine with the --exclude options, except for the fact
that the path you've specified at ncsu.edu doesn't exist.

You could try changing it to point to whitebox/3.0-RC2/en/updates
instead and see how you fare.
