Found my notes on spamassassin 3.0.0-1.

There are avagadro's number of versions of perl-Parse-Syslog out 
there. Spamassassin-tools wants a particular version of 
Parse::Syslog:

http://perl.arix.com/ftp/c2r/RPMS/noarch/perl-Parse-Syslog-1.03-
1.noarch.rpm 

to install normally.

spamassassin-3.0.0-2 has the same incumbency.
