It is not too hard although it will take some work.

Below is a good description of what needs to be done.
The other thing you will need to do is setup an SSH server that can forward
tunnels or setup an ssh server on the machine you want to map from.

BTW, the explanation above uses PuTTY. This is a excellent windows program.
