[WBEL-users] KDE creeper

My system is as close to gnome-only as i can keep it, and i have no 
desire to load up the kde that up2date irritatingly tries to sneak in, 
and deprecate xdm.
Am i risking any broken stuff here, by putting < kde* > in the exeptions 
under --configure?
has someone in their allknowing omnipotence decided that a new level of 
rpm-hell, and kdm's 40Mb (or whatever) of K-bloatware should be defacto 
inspite of gdm already resident on a system? this is especially 
puzzling, as RH used to snuggle up to gnome pretty tight.
